We want to be specific about this because it helps us respond faster and more usefully. Here are the most common reasons players reach out — and what to include in each case:

Reporting an inaccurate value or outdated data This is the most important type of message we receive. If a crop’s base value looks wrong, a mutation multiplier doesn’t match what you’re seeing in game, or a pet weight calculation seems off — please tell us. Include the plant or pet name, the specific value you’re seeing in the calculator, and what you believe the correct value should be based on your in-game testing. If you can include a screenshot from the game, even better.

Reporting a missing plant, pet, or mutation Grow a Garden updates frequently and new content sometimes gets added faster than we can verify and push it through. If you’re looking for a plant, pet, or mutation that was added in a recent update and it isn’t in the calculator yet, let us know the name and any values you’ve confirmed through testing. Community-reported data is one of the primary ways we stay current after new releases.

Reporting a bug or technical issue with the calculator If the tool is behaving unexpectedly — calculations not updating, a selection not working, a page not loading correctly — please describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what device and browser you were using. This information makes it significantly faster to identify and fix the issue.

General feedback and feature suggestions If there’s a tool you think is missing, a guide topic you’d like to see covered, or a way the calculator could be more useful for your trading or farming workflow — we genuinely want to hear it. The calculator has grown because players told us what they needed.

Press, content creator, or community collaboration enquiries If you run a Grow a Garden YouTube channel, Discord server, or community resource and want to discuss featuring or referencing this calculator, reach out with details about your community and what you have in mind. We are open to genuine community collaborations that benefit players.

What We Do Not Handle Through This Page

To avoid any confusion:

We do not provide in-game trading advice or personal trade evaluations by email. The calculator tools on the homepage are designed for exactly that purpose — use them directly for any trade you need to assess. For real-time community trading discussions, the official Grow a Garden Discord is the right place.

We do not accept paid advertising, sponsored content placements, or affiliate arrangements of any kind. If your message is a pitch for advertising or a link insertion offer, we will not respond to it.

We do not provide any services related to real-world gardening, horticulture, or landscaping. This website is exclusively about the Roblox game Grow a Garden.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. For data correction reports — especially those involving a recently updated crop value or new event mutation — we prioritise these and typically act on verified corrections faster than general enquiries.

We are a team of three people who also play the game, so during major in-game events or update windows, response times may extend slightly. We will always respond — it may just take an extra day during particularly active game periods.

Before You Contact Us

A few quick answers to the questions we receive most often — checking these first may save you the wait:

The most common cause is weight. The weight field has an enormous impact on final value — even a small difference in kg produces a very different Sheckle number. Double check you have entered the exact weight shown in your in-game inventory, and that every mutation your crop has is selected. If it still looks wrong after checking both, then please report it.

It may have been added in a recent game update that we have not yet pushed through. Check if it was part of a new event or recent patch. If it has been more than a few days since the update and it still isn’t there, please report it with the mutation name and multiplier value.

Pet weight curves are based on community-verified formulas. If your pet’s actual in-game weight differs noticeably from the tool’s estimate at the same age, it may indicate a formula adjustment made in a recent update. Report it with the pet species, age, and the weight you are seeing in game.

This website is for the Roblox game Grow a Garden — not real-world gardening. For actual garden planning tools, a search for “garden planner” or “seed spacing calculator” will find what you need.
