Values can become outdated after game updates. Grow a Garden is an actively developed game. The developers release updates regularly — sometimes weekly — that can change base crop values, introduce new mutations, adjust pet weight formulas, or add entirely new plants and pets. We work to update our data as quickly as possible after each update, typically within hours of a verified game change, but there is always a window immediately following a patch where some values may not yet reflect the current live game.

The calculator gives you the objective mathematical value — community market pricing is a separate consideration.
